Recently purchased a twin bladder King Sized water bed from Alvins Waterbeds and had it installed last evening.Excellent results from the custom made headboard, to the digital, programmable heater pads to the first night spent in it with no hassles or issues.Jari came and installed it himself, start to finish in a couple of hours, ready to go.I would recommend purchasing from Alvins Waterbeds to anyone wanting a complete customer service to customer satisfaction guarantee.

Very helpful and friendly. I needed a new mattress and foam dam and Jari had it organised within a few days.I was most impressed to find out they still use Australian made bladders! Highly recommended.

Service and upselling Fantastic! After extras bought (X3) and doesn't fix....NO Responsibility, Refunds or Help given, l threw that mattress in the bin and bought a proper one!!

Exceptional service.I needed 2 new bags and a liner for my bed which I called ahead to make sure they were available. Expecting to wait until the next day to pick this up during shop hours I was totally surprised that the owner offered to wait after hours so that I could get them before the weekend. You have got to appreciate this kind of service.
